As a system management engineer you will be required to set-up design discussions and meetings, facilitate and coordinate high profile projects that are both internal to the team and across various departments and ensure delivery to completion. In this capacity you will work closely with various global regions for input on various technologies to deliver a global standard.

Other Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot complicated issues as a result of change or incident.
  2. Implement changes to the environment while adhering to departmental work flow, processes and procedures.
  3. Develop, update and communicate documentation on areas of responsibilities into runbooks, design specifications and project presentations.

To be considered for this role you should posses 5 plus years of experience with the IBM Netcool product suite from an administration and programming perspective. Other required skills include:

  1. 5+ years experience in system management principals, topologies and best practices.
  2. 5+ years experience in project planning and implementation.
  3. Vendor management experience.
  4. Knowledge and experience in system management technologies.
  5. Have the ability to decipher design principals, vendor recommendations, vendor standards, industry best practices and industry standards into implementation into JPMC environment.
